February 2025 Drop-ins

This February join us for our famous drop-ins: open to all ages and levels every Wednesday and Saturday!

Contemporary Wednesdays
Combining technique with the free flow of contemporary movement, each class begins with a technical warm-up and ends with a fun, energizing combo. Move alongside SBDC company members with this mid-week move-and-groove.

Ballet Barre Saturdays
Build strength, improve balance, and increase flexibility. Starting with a ballet barre warm-up followed by flowy center combos and engaging across-the-floor exercises. Grand jeté into class with SBDC company members and make your Saturdays a rejuvenating part of your weekend routine.

15% of all drop-in fees collected will be donated to the West Island Mission

Walk-ins are welcome if you wish to simply show up for class instead. E-transfer or cash is accepted.
